Give your bank the following account details for TV Licensing:
  • Sort code: 60-80-09
  • Account name: CBS TVL Telebanking
  • Account number: 30287561
  • Your reference number: Your 10 digit Licence number

Your licence will then be sent to you.

The details above can also be used to make an internet bank transfer.

Please note that if you do not pay the full amount due or quote your licence number as the reference number the payment will be returned.

I am a renewing customer You can pay the full cost by BACS electronic transfer using the details above.
I need a new licence Unfortunately it's not possible to buy your first licence by this method. It's just as easy to set up a Direct Debit or pay by debit/credit card.
I’m a Direct Debit customer and I need to make a payment Please view your TV Licence online. You can then pay any missed payment shown on your payment plan by debit or credit card. It isn't possible to pay a missed Direct Debit payment by BACS.
I’m on the TV Licensing savings card or payment card scheme

You can only pay the full amount with BACS electronic transfer, so you can’t make part payments this way.
