A club or community group needs to be covered by a valid TV Licence to:
Usually you only need one TV Licence to cover a club or community group. However, in some cases certain areas may need a separate TV Licence. Please check below to ensure you’re correctly licensed.

All TV receiving equipment being used at a single site
This includes any building, vehicle, vessel or caravan being used for the main purpose of your club or community.
Residential accommodation within your premises
e.g. Staff living on site.
Other clubs or groups that are separate from yours
If these are on the premises, but are run independently of the club or community group.
Other businesses or organisations
If the premises are sublet by the club or community group.
Company Group Licence
This is the easiest way to cover multiple sites for your club or community group. Apply for a Company Group Licence by calling 0300 790 6165*.
