Your TV Licence lets your club or community group enjoy a huge range of TV. It covers you for:

• All TV channels, like BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Dave and international channels
• Pay TV services, like Sky, Virgin Media and BT
• Live TV on streaming services, like YouTube and Amazon Prime Video
• Everything on BBC iPlayer.

This includes recording and downloading. On any device.

A single TV Licence won’t cover

Residential accommodation within your premises

e.g. Staff living on site.

Other clubs or groups that are separate from yours

If these are on the same premises, but are run independently of the club or community group.

Other businesses or organisations

If the premises are sublet by the club or community group.

TV Licences for multiple sites

Company Group Licence

This is the easiest way to cover multiple sites for your club or community group. Apply for a Company Group Licence by calling 0300 790 6165*.

Can we buy a short-term licence to watch a one-off event?

If you only need a licence for a short time, you can buy one and then apply for a part refund once you no longer need it.

Alternatively, spread the cost of a licence to keep payments as low as possible.

Do you grant discounts for charity or not-for-profit groups?

No, sorry. Concessions are set by the government. There are no discounts available for these groups.
