My TV Licensing payment card won’t work. How can I contact you?

You can request a replacement card by calling 0300 303 8617* and letting us know your:

  • Full name
  • Customer or licence number
  • Postcode

You will still be able to make payments towards your TV Licence. See How to pay until your new card arrives.

Other ways to contact TV Licensing

*Calls to our 0300 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number, whether from a mobile or landline. If you get inclusive minutes, calls to an 0300 number will be included free of charge.
