How to use PayPoint |
|
|---|---|
| Buy a new licence | You can buy a TV Licence at any PayPoint outlet. You’ll need to give the retailer your name and address and pay the full fee of £142.50 by either cash or debit card. They’ll enter your details onto our database and give you a receipt. Your licence will be sent to you by post shortly afterwards. |
| Renew your licence | You’ll get a renewal notice in the post when your licence is due to expire. Take this to a PayPoint and pay by cash or debit card. They’ll give you a receipt. Please keep this receipt with your payment slip, as this will be your valid TV Licence. We won’t send you a separate TV Licence document if you renew at a PayPoint outlet. |
| Pay with your TV Licensing payment card | Take your TV Licensing payment card with you and pay by cash or debit card. To apply for a payment card, call us on 0845 601 5526. |
| Deposit savings on TV Licensing savings card | Take your savings card to the PayPoint outlet and deposit your savings by cash or debit card. You’ll get a receipt as proof of saving, which you should keep with your licence. To apply for a savings card, call us on 0845 155 0327. |
