How can I get a refund?
In most cases you will only be able to get a refund if you have a full quarter or more remaining on your TV Licence and you don't need it again before it expires. Your application must be submitted within two years of the expiry date of the licence for which you need a refund. You can apply for a refund for your TV Licence by completing the online refund form. The form will tell you whether you need to send us any evidence. If you do, then you need to print the completed form, sign it and send it to the address below with a photocopy of your evidence:
