How do I change my current payment method?

If you’d like to switch payment frequency, from yearly to monthly for example, you can ask us to do this for you.

If you’re looking to move to a different payment method - for instance, from payment card to one of our Direct Debit schemes – you’ll also need to get in touch with us to do this.

If you pay by Direct Debit

Please Contact us (in step 2 of the form click the 'Contact us' button at the bottom) telling us:

  • what you would like to change about the way you pay (we’ll cancel your Direct Debit for you);
  • what you would like to do next;
  • your name, initials, licence number and current address.
If you pay by TV Licensing payment card

Please get in touch so we can cancel your plan and advise you what to do next.

You’ll need to let us know:

  • your name, initials, licence number and current address.
  • what you would like to do next;
