There’s only one way to make sure everyone at your address is covered to watch or record live TV – and that’s to buy a TV Licence.
Most businesses only need one licence to cover everyone on the premises – no matter how many devices are used. But others with more than one address may need multiple licences.

There are special rules for some types of businesses while others may be eligible for a concession. If your business or organisation category is listed below, it’s important to find out what the requirements are.
The simplest way to license more than one address is with a Company Group TV Licence. There are no forms to fill in or any qualifying criteria. Plus you only need to make one annual payment and you’ll receive only one reminder at one address, so it’s easier for you.

If you already have a licence, you should move it to your new address. You can do this up to three months before your move. You’ll need:

To update your Company Group TV Licence (for businesses with multiple addresses), you must call us on 0300 790 6165*.
A single TV Licence costs £145.50. You can pay it in full or spread the cost over the year by paying quarterly, monthly or weekly.

You may not need a TV Licence. But please let us know, so we can update our records. Then, we won’t send you any letters for up to three years, unless we believe your circumstances have changed. (We may visit you to confirm you don’t need a licence.)

If we’ve sent you a letter about buying or renewing a licence, it will show the total amount to be paid and explain the purpose of the licence.
Your TV Licence online
If you have already paid for a TV Licence, then you will also have a licence online, which you can access at any time. Simply sign in using the licence number, name and postcode on the licence. Then you’ll see the total cost and expiry date of your licence.
Payment confirmation email
If you pay for your TV Licence online, we will send you an email confirming the payment and your licence number.
